To get the red paint follow the steps

First go to Town
Then Coffee Shop
When you see the red paint penguin posters and dressing table, go over the table and you’ll get the getting message!
And you get the red paint!

To get the blue paint follow the steps

First go to Plaza
Then Pizza Parlor
When you see the blue paint penguin posters and dressing table, go over the table and you’ll get the getting message!
